Maron sat cross legged in his chambers deep in the Sith temple of Korriban. He was focusing his mind, feeling all of the life around him. He could feel the screams of pain, the anger, the hate, the lust of the place. The darkside pulsed long and hard here, like a war drum. He floated slightly off the ground, his black robes with the crimson red trimings touched the ground below him. In front of him was his lightsaber floating at head level. Maron was in a deep trance, he was in deep thought.
He reflected on the battle he had with his now dead Master. The fight was amazing, he completely and utterly destoried the man that once taught him. Maron could feel a smile comming to his face. He remember the power flowing through his body. The hate he felt, the lust for power, that ached at his very being. It felt good to him. It was pure pleasure, watching that husk of a man fry from the endless volts of electricity. Maron then sensed someone comming towards his chambers.
Maron heard a knock. He quickly dropped from the air, stood up, placed his saber on his belt and walked to the door. He did all of this within half a second, and opened the doorway before a second knock could happen. Maron smiled at the Zabrak in front of him. The man's face was painted black with white symbols painted over it. The man's eyes glowed red. "Lord Shar. What do you want with me at a time like this?" Maron spoke to Shar.
Shar looked at Maron, his eyes watching him, and then he took a big breath and finally spoke. "May I come in? We have somthing that needs to be discussed in private, away from curious ears."
"Of course." Maron stepped back letting in Shar, Maron could feel the power in the man, he was a teacher here, not one of the front line sith lords, but he still kept his skills sharp, and his power attuned. When Shar was inside Maron closed the door. "What is it that you have to say?"
"There is a spy on Koriban Maron. Other memebers of the order have failed to capture him. We do know its a bothan male. His a clever one, and he's hidding out on Korriban. So the order believes its time to send a Sith Lord after him. If you can bring him alive that is best, but if you have to kill him, then do it. We believe he might be working for the Senate or the Jedi. We can't think of anyone better for this task, I am sure you will not fail us?" Shar looked at Maron with hate filled eyes, trying to scare Maron.
Maron chuckled. "Do not try to scare me Shar, but I will find this Bothan. He'll suffer more then he can possibly imagine."
"We believe his hiding out at the space port, at the colony. Dreshdae. I will leave you to your hunt Maron." Shar smiled at the large Sith Lord standing in front of him and walked out of Maron's chambers.
Maron smiled and whispered to himself quietly. "If this turns out to be a trap Shar, I'll be sure to make you suffer." Maron and Shar were rivals of sorts.
