Character History: Eternus' path started long ago upon the planet of Onderon, being born into a simple family. His family, neither wealthy or poor, had a long lineage in the Onderon Military. His father, with a subsequential long term contract with the Onderon Navy fleet, taught Eternus from the young age of 5 all of flight paths, directional turns and star-ship expertise, so that by the age of 7, Eternus was a capable and, not to mention, deadly foe in a dogfight. However, Eternus' dreams did not lie upon the military of the Onderonian people. No. His love for spacers, ships and transport inspired him to travel the Galaxy: explore exotic systems, walk upon life-threatening planets. These factors were just some of the exciting fantasies that Eternus wished to partake on, and he made himself fully dedicated to them at the young age of 10. Leaving Onderon in his personal star-fighter, Eternus set out to Coruscant, wishing to feel the vibrant city beat within him. Once there, Eternus slowly began to discover he had a streak of luck in whatever he took part in. Pazaak, swoop racing, dueling pits: everything he placed money on, or played, he won in. Such triumphs did not go unnoticed however, and loan sharks, casino owners and race hosts grew suspicious of Eternus, believing he was infact cheating somehow. Finally, on a cold winter's night upon Coruscant, down in the lower levels, Eternus was confronted by mercenarys and bounty hunters alike. The Bounty had been placed that Eternus had cheated the most biggest of crime lords and dealers out of a lot of credits. Moving in, ready for the kill, Eternus was surely doomed: until there was a break through of light. Almost simultaneously to Eternus deep breath in, readying himself for his attackers, were the Mercs and Bounty tossed backwards with a gigantic force push. The Mercs and Hunters alike had crashed out, destroyed by the high powered force move. Seizing the opportunity, Eternus split, and went into hiding. However, the hide wouldn't last long, as Eternus new found force abilities had granted him the ever-watching gaze of the Jedi. At the age of 11, Eternus was brought into the Jedi Temple, and was instantly given a master. From there on out, Vekton progressed through the ranking systems of the Jedi, and became a successful Jedi Knight. Now strong and fully able in the force, Vekton has his sights set on destroying the Dark Side, once and for all.

Writing Sample: Coruscant was a.. christmas globe with small LEDs floating aimlessly through the lubricant liquid of bounty hunters, senators, partiers and the like. It's essense oozed with freedom, and that ever lasting dream that any man could make something of himself on Coruscant. It was the Coruscant Dream, if you like. It was the heart of the Galaxy: the Core of Civillization. The entire planet was glowing with the sensation of a new hope. However, underneath the rather exillerating exterior, is the lower levels. Grimey. Muck. Scum. All of these rolled into one. A woman runs down an alleyway, tossing and turning, holding whatever she can in her arms. Her dignity: on the verge of falling. Her life: almost sapped away. Giving chase, a large Trandoshan brute, his claws slicing and dicing as he sprints after her. At his die, a scrawny male human, pale and malnourished, giggles slightly as he strains to keep up with the large beast like lizard. All of a sudden, the woman trips, collapsing into the hard metal panels of the alleyway streets. This is it. She's done for. The thugs will have their way with her, and take her for everything they can. The Trandoshan roars with victory as he encloses on his prey. But no: he is halted by the simple bzzked of that infamous weapon. A cloak hangs heavily over a large figure, and an elegant blue beam stands on edge, proper and ready to act. The blue is the elegant colour of the waves of Manaan, and the Trandoshan's yellow iris' glints back with a green flicker, as the saber's edge mixes with it's colours. They're gasping for air: horrored by the sight of the peace keeper. A faint murmur escapes the large hood that hangs heavily over the shrouded mask of justice.
"Go back the way you came.. or I'll make sure they won't know which one of you is the Trandoshan."
And that was it. The large lizard sprinted off, snatching his comrade's jacket as he went, darting off in the other direction. The lightsaber flicked off into disignition, the faint roll of steam escaping the hilt's emitter matrix. The woman's eyes were now lit up. Not so much by joy, but more intimidating. She still had no idea what was to come of her. The figure turned, cloak still hanging heavy. Then, his hand. Well, appeared to be his hand, which was also evident by the fact of his deep and gruff voice. It was gentle. Soft to the touch. She allowed this hook of comfort to lift her onto her feet, touching her elbow, then to her bicep. there was a linger of passion in the man's aura. Of love and care. The woman's breath escaped her as she stared up into the shadow inside the cloak. She made out a faint smile, still being enticed by the heroic essence the man was radiating. Then he relased her, letting her go, her air rushing back into her lungs, overwhelming her with safety and security. She turned from him, saying no more, but with one last glance, left.
"...Another damsel, another day.", echoed the charming and soothing voice of Vekton Eternus.
