Name: [Maron Salvo (Aarn Soling was his birth name)]
Species: [Human]
Allegiance: [Remnants of the Sith]
Rank: [Sith Lord]
Character History: [“It’s a Boy!!!! Dais Soling, Maron’s father yelled with happiness.
He held the young Maron in his arms, the baby was strong and cried a deep loud cry. The man smiled happily at the boy. His father was an exiled Jedi, because he fell in love with his young Padawan, Maron’s mother, her name was Kina Lowe. His mother and father were happy together, both living in Exile on the planet of Kashyyyk, within a near-by Wookie village. “His prefect Kina, simply prefect.” Dais smiled at his son. “We shall call him, Aarn.”
Thirteen years later…
Maron has grown up into a young and strong teenager, and the force has began to manifest its self in his life. Maron has blonde hair that flows about him and his eyes are a sharp green. Maron wiped the sweat from his brow, he spent the day climbing the trees playing with young Wookies. He was spent and tired. As he walked back home, he felt a shiver crawl up his spine, when he was about fifteen feet from home. Suddenly the air grew cold and Maron could feel fear grasp his young heart. He then heard the hiss of a lightsaber and then blades clashing, also blaster shots coming from the hut. Maron could see the lights of plasma flying by the window. Maron’s heart thudded hard in his chest, like the deepest of war drums, he felt his knees shake. He feared for his mother and father. He then forced himself to see what was going on.
He quickly ran to the doorway and looked inside to see a young brute of a man wielding a red lightsaber. Maron noticed two thugs laid on the floor dead, saber burns across their chests. Maron then noticed his mother and father both wielding sabers, that were both green. The two of them then attacked the red wielding saber man. All three sabers clashed making a hissing sound, and the house began to smell like ozone. The big man push back both of Maron’s father and mother, and then made an attack of his own at his mother. The red saber raised above the mans head, and then he brought it down hard and fast. So fast it was a simple blur of light. His mother blocked the blade in time to prevent her from being split down the middle. The man however began to overpower her with his strength. Maron’s dad then charged the man to save his wife. The man smiled and simply kicked his father back into the wall as if his father was a mere animal. The man then focused on Maron’s mother again, over powering her strength. The lightsaber blades getting closer and closer to her shoulder. Then Maron heard his mother cry out and then she fell to the floor, her shoulder split in two. Maron’s dad screamed a cry of anguish and his eyes were red with tears flowing down his cheeks. Maron’s father then leapt across the distance between him and the man. Their sabers clashed heard and fast. It was like a dance of light before Maron’s eyes, the saber’s blades a mere blur and the men seemed to dance around them. Maron could feel his father’s fury, and the hatred of the man he fought. It made Maron’s heart beat hallow and he felt weak to his knees, the sensations he felt were overwhelming. All that he could do was stand and watch. Then Maron heard the two men cry out. He tried to see what happened to them both. Maron then saw, the big man had his off-hand arm cut off and then Maron mouth dropped in horror, his father had a crimson blade sticking out of his back. The big man pulled the saber out of his father and his father let out one last breath and fell to the ground dead. That was when the big man noticed Maron. He turned the boy. The man’s skin was pale and his features hard, his eyes glowed yellow. He smiled at the young boy and walked to Maron with his saber in hand.
Maron came out of his shock and then felt something burn inside him, something powerful. It was his hatred, for this man. Maron stared at him, a raging inferno building into heights that it seemed it would rip his skin asunder. Maron bared his teeth and the man chuckled, and then the man raised his saber and attacked Maron. Then something happened, Maron wasn’t sure but, he simply walked around the man as if he was guided by something. Time seemed to slow down in his eyes, his senses hyper-aware. The man was startled to see that his attack miss, and even more startled to see a Maron’s father’s light saber land in Maron’s hands. Maron then attacked the wounded man. Using wild and powerful strokes that he could muster, he didn’t have much training, but he will fight this man until the end.
The man had a hard time wielding his own saber now without a second arm, clearly he was taught to fight two-handed, not one-handed and he was tired. The man then kicked Maron in the stomach making the young man double over. The man chuckled and raised his saber. Maron growled a low sickening sound and tensed up, and then Maron erupted up to his feet with an outburst of the force, that crushed everything around him up against the walls. The man flew off his feet and into the supporting beam, bouncing off the hard wood and ended up face flat on the ground. “I will kill you!” Maron growled taking his father’s saber and walking to the man groaning on the floor. Maron’s hatred blazing within him, he rose the green saber and drove it into the center of the man’s back.
The man groaned and died. Then Maron felt himself being lifted off the ground and then flung against the wall. Before he knew what happened, there was another dark robed man, just only shorter and older, with a lightsaber at Maron’s throat. “Your strong boy. The strongest I have ever felt.” The man’s voice was a mere hiss. “My name is Sang Rune.” The mans teeth were white and sharp like fangs, and his eyes glowed like embers under the shadow of his hood. “You have killed my apprentice boy, should I kill you?” Sang then smiled as an idea came to mind. “Or should I make you my own. If you join me, I will teach you how to become even more powerful then you could possibly imagine.” He smiled wider.
Maron thought about this. He then looked the man dead in the eyes, Maron had no family now, he was homeless. He also wanted power now, felt his body ache for it. “I will join you…My master.” His voice filled with hate.
“Very good, What is your name?” Sang asked.
“Aarn Soling.”
“From now on you will be known as Maron Salvo. You will learn to forget about this dead life here that you once had, now come.” Sang barked and put his saber away and Maron followed.
Over the years of hard training under the wicked and powerful Sang Rune, Maron learned the ways of the dark side. He learned to use his emotions to fuel his powers. Maron spent days of long study and brutal training which every time Sang tried to kill him. Maron knew if he didn’t fight to kill, his master would kill him. So Maron fought every battle with an undying hatred towards his master. Sang Rune never believes in failure, and every task Maron was sent on meant death if he failed. Maron never failed, he has butchered, killed, intimidated, and deceived his way to success on his missions. Maron stands way above two and half meters tall and has a muscular build. His very presence now when he doesn’t hide it, crushes the hearts of people around him, filling them with an undying fear. He seems to have the aura around that speaks follow my will or perish. Now his training is growing to a close, on the planet of Korriban. (See Writing sample for continuation) ]

Writing Sample: [Maron walked the grounds of the Valley of the Dark Lords. Many of the greatest Sith Lords to ever have lived, are buried here. The world of Korriban, is very dead, and yet the dark side flows through the world. Even standing on the ground can twist your mind, the Jedi say. What ever life does remain on this dead world is deadly and empowered by the dark side. Every form of life, lethal in its own way. Even the little bugs can paralyze you, and kill you with ease.
Maron could feel how hollow the place is now, the dark side is gone from the valley and yet the echoes remain. Maron could feel them resonating inside of him. Like long dead memories and emotions. Many have died here, other have committed powerful deeds that sent echoes through the force, to forever be felt for others attuned enough to perceive them. The tombs lay in ruin and have been raided of anything of value long ago. Maron felt disgusted, to see such a place of great power that has lost so much, to the point where nothing remains but dust, stone, and echoes of the dead. Maron could feel his anger building up. Today was the day he will challenge his master and takes his place as a master of the Sith teachings.
Maron watched his master grow weak over the years, The man he once respected and also hated has become old and has began to lose his very mind. Maron noticed Sang Rune’s gentle fall after a couple of years ago, where they were ambushed by the Jedi. A master of that ridiculous order shattered Sang’s mind through the force. Every since then Sang has slowly degraded into an old dark side empowered husk of a man. He still wielded great power, but he was practically too insane to use it properly. Many times Sang almost got them both killed, because of his lack of mental capacity. Maron has finally learned all that he could from this shell of a man that was once his master. Maron knew it was time that Sang was discarded, for he was now a useless tool. Maron was surprised last night when Sang told him to come here in the morning, so they may “talk”, Maron knew that his master sensed that his days were numbered, and was going to try to kill Maron. Sadly though the man didn’t realize how strong Maron has become, Maron has kept his true power a secret, and Sang also didn’t know how weak his condition was either. Maron knew the battle will be fierce and hard, but he was confident he would win this. He has to. Such a crazy fool didn’t deserve to live.
Maron then saw an old, wirily man step out in front of him from behind a pillar. Maron knew he was there the whole time. The man was dressed in dark robes, and he had his hood down. The powerful man that his master once was nothing now but a living husk. His skin hanged off his bones, his hair is white and is almost all gone, and his skin covered in sun spots. Due to the paleness of Sang’s skin, he also already appeared dead. The only sign of life that showed from his appearance was the yellow glow in his milky eyes. Then Sang took in a breath that sounded dry and weak. It was as if dust and webs has even covered his lungs as well. Maron felt nothing but anger for the thing that stood before him. “I am glad you came here Maron.” Sang’s voice is more of a dieing croak then one of power now. “You have grown strong.” His eyes looking around, clearly a little distracted, Maron fought at himself not to attack. He wanted to enjoy this. “You are indeed powerful, and that is why I have called you here.” Sang’s voice then became harsh. “So that you may die for thinking that you could steal my power!”
Maron then heard Sang’s crimson bladed saber hiss to life and the old man charged at him in a furry of dark sided power. Maron sneered and used the force to pull his own saber which was gold and black to his hand. He squeezed the hilt and a purple blade of energy rose from the hilt in a sickening hiss. Ozone filled Maron’s nostrils and he charged right at his master.
Maron called on the force, letting the dark side engulf him. He feed off its energy, empowering himself. He let his hatred, the powerful emotion fuel his power. Maron’s eyes glowed like a raging fire, that spoke volumes of how much he wanted to kill his master. Their blades made contact, both blades of energy hissed at each other as they touched. Maron and Sang looked each other deep in the eyes. Both of their faces a sneer at one another. Maron then pushed his master back and continued his attack, his movements erratic and yet graceful, with swings that were too fast for the eye to follow. Maron was using the powerful saber form known as Juyo. A form where one gives into their lust and enjoyment of battle. The form was a perfect focus for Maron and his emotions, letting him achieve extraordinary power over his enemies. He wanted to completely destroy his master.
Maron brought his saber down on top of Sang, Sang blocked and backed up giving more ground. Maron pressed the attack, both of them swung their sabers at one another. Maron’s were unpredictable and fast, giving the image of more then one blade being used against Sang. Sang’s movements were more precise and elegant of that of form II. The battle itself however wasn’t one of just skill. They were continuously bombarding each other with the force, trying to find a weakness, a place to tear at. It was a battle of the wills, and slowly but surely, Maron was proving to have the strongest will. Sang‘s mind was weakening, and his focus degrading. Maron noticed that Sang has came to realize this, so in a last attempt to gain the upper hand, Sang hit Maron with a force push so powerful it sent him flying into a ruined stone pillar. When Maron collided with the pillar, he dropped his light saber. Sang began to laugh at Maron, and outstretch his hand, Maron’s saber flew into his. “Now look at this, the powerful Maron, now doesn’t have a saber to defend himself.” Sang chuckled walking to him.
Maron got up to his feet and growled at Sang. “You think you won you old fool?!” Maron barked, drawing in more dark sided energy.
Sang continued to chuckle and walked to Maron, taking pleasure in this, he however didn’t notice that Maron’s hands were radiating with energy. That was until Sang saw Maron’s hands spark. Sang’s eyes widen when he realized what was going to happen, he was too close and didn’t have enough time to put up a barrier, he let his guard down, became too over confident that he won the battle. Maron thrust out his hands a storm of violet colored lightning shot from Maron’s palm and finger tips in long massive arcs. Sang immediately dropped the lightsaber’s and tried to block the attack with his arms. It proved futile. Sang screamed a loud painful sound as his body began to convulse and smoke. Maron, realized how much his master has fallen from power, he made mistakes that only a young apprentice would make. Maron bared his teeth and lifted his master in the air with the arcs of lightning and the force, and then slammed the old broken man into the ground. All that remained was a shattered smoking carcass. Maron has surpassed his master. He is now free from his teachings and his commands, and that made Maron laugh, a laugh so shrill it would strike fear into the hearts of others.]
